JobAdX learns from job seekers' behaviors and provides employers' job postings a better exposure .
Key values of the Episode:
As an early stage startup, finding reachable clients is more important than finding big clients like enterprises.
Raising capital is an approach to improving your products and growing your startup, but it is not your company's ultimate goal.
Make strategies and decisions as a "founder team" rather than individuals. A split-up management team is hard to make progress.

Key values of the Episode:
Capturing a problem's "pain point" accurately can help a lot. Especially from an entrepreneur's own working experience.

Building a startup is not a race. Take a step back and just let things ponder, and that's okay to do.

#18 - How to Build Entrepreneurial Skillsets with Frank Gairdner
Thursday Jun 09, 2022
Thursday Jun 09, 2022
Frank has diverse entrepreneurial experience. At TriggerTech, Frank turned a “technical idea” into a successful market product. At Carbon Marine, Frank gained a deep experience with advanced material manufacturing. With his outstanding skillsets, Frank launches Bridge Bike Works as a co-founder and joins Altitude Accelerator as an advisor.
Key values of the episode:
As a startup founder, to think why people want to buy your product is important. But it is also important to think if demands rise quickly, how do you satisfy the demands?
Partnership management is a top priority. Always identify who are the partners and stakeholders to communicate with them and keep them engaged frequently.
There is no 100% “self-made” entrepreneur. We need to seek help, and successful entrepreneurs are always willing to help new ones to avoid pitfalls that they went through. So don’t be afraid to reach out to people; try to find mentors who can make your startup journey much easier.

#17 - Success Secrets of a Persistent Entrepreneur: Elie Makhoul
Monday May 30, 2022
Monday May 30, 2022
Elie Makhoul is an engineer and the CEO of AssetFlo. AssetFlo is a game-changing IoT technology startup that provides accurate 3D locations of tracked assets. That IoT technology is not restricted by physical location. The technology works perfectly even if the asset is inside a container, on the shelves of a warehouse, or in a metal box. The “smart inventory” that AssetFlo builds can substantially increase the efficiency of work in many areas.
Key values of the episode:
Find a core for your business that you can always think in the core and build solutions. That core is always more important than driving money. That is how AssetFlo began.
No matter how tough your situation is, always try to find a way out and keep pursuing your entrepreneurial dream. Living under warfare is extremely tough, but Elie started his entrepreneur journey in the middle of bombed cars.
As an entrepreneur, getting connected with the community is a good way to explore opportunities and seek support. But remember to give back to the community after your startup scales to a new height.
